NOTICE ON THE RE-DOWNLOAD OF GRAPHIC DIGITAL BASES AND SUPPLEMENTATION OF PHOTO DOCUMENTATION

All competition participants are hereby informed that, due to an identified technical error concerning the positions of evacuation and ventilation openings in certain graphic attachments, the graphic documentation has been corrected.

In this regard, all participants are kindly requested to re-download the updated folder titled “I GRAPHIC DIGITAL BASEMAPS” and to use this version exclusively as the relevant basis for the preparation of competition entries.

The correction refers solely to a technical error in the graphic attachments and does not imply any change to the programmatic, urban planning, architectural, technical or any other competition requirements.

Please note that the previously downloaded version of the graphic digital bases is no longer relevant for further use.

Furthermore, participants are informed that a new folder titled “3_Renders” has been added within the folder “V PHOTO AND VIDEO DOCUMENTATION”, containing the available renders of the post office and kindergarten buildings.

In addition, within the folder “1_Photographs”, a subfolder titled “2026_(additional photographs)” has been created, containing additional aerial photographs taken by drone, which participants may use as material for the preparation of visualizations, photomontages and renders.

  • Jury responses to questions will be published on the official competition website within 7 days, only for questions related to the call and program.
  • Final deadline for submission of competition entries is 23:59 (GMT +1) on 06.08.2026 through official website: www.savskitrg-konkurs.rs
  • Publication of competition results is until 23:59 (GMT +1) on 27.08.2026. Results will be published on the website www.savskitrg-konkurs.rs

PRIZE FUND

If at least 6 entries are submitted by the deadline and meet the competition requirements, the following prizes will be awarded with a total net prize fund of 70,000 EUR:

  • First prize – €40,000

  • Second prize – €20,000

  • Third prize – €10,000

The jury will allocate prizes in accordance with the Rules, with the possibility of a different distribution within the total prize fund.

The client undertakes to pay the selected and awarded entries in accordance with the jury’s decision and competition documentation within 45 days after the decision is confirmed by the client.
